I was enamored by a particular sapphire on the site and had a specific vision for what I wanted the ring to look like, in my head. Maria went to great lengths over Zoom, email, and SMS to guide me through the process, with many supplementary photos and videos. The sketches, 3D renders, and design iteration/advice based on my amateur feedback resulted in a 10/10 execution of exactly what was in my brain. It frankly exceeded my unreasonably high expectations. Maria is an artist. We are so happy with the result. Highly recommend.
