Shipping, returns and customer service

Shipping

We offer complimentary insured shipping Australia-wide and insured worldwide shipping. 

You will need to sign for your parcel on delivery, so please provide a delivery address where you (or the recipient) will be present at the time of delivery (usually a home or work address), or where someone can sign on your behalf. In the event that no one is available to sign for a Special Delivery item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item redelivered at a later date, or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.

All purchases sent by Lizunova Fine Jewels are covered by insurance until you have signed for your parcel.

All items we send out are carefully packaged to avoid damage. Please contact us immediately if your purchase is damaged during transit. Depending on the amount of damage to the piece, we may suggest returning it to us to be repaired. If the item is damaged beyond repair, we will place an insurance claim for the damaged item to be replaced.

In the very rare event that your purchase is lost in transit, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will immediately commence an investigation. If the parcel can not to be found, we will place an insurance claim for the missing item or items to be replaced.

Parcels shipped to Australian customers are delivered within 1-7 business days, depending on the area. Parcels shipped to an international address will be delivered within 2 to 10 business days, depending on the location.

All pieces are packaged in beautiful Lizunova-branded boxes, and can be gift wrapped. If this purchase is a gift and you would like it wrapped and a personal card to be included, please fill out the Personalised Message field during checkout. 

Returns: Online orders

If you are not completely satisfied with your Lizunova jewellery, we will refund or exchange items or issue store credit if return process is initiated within 5 days of item receipt, as verified by postal services. Refund or exchange will be provided upon the inspection of the returned items by our qualified staff, and if items are returned with the original purchase receipt, unworn, in perfect condition and in the original Lizunova packaging. 

If a piece is custom-made or altered specifically for you (eg a ring is resized), we cannot offer refunds or exchanges, so we ask that you please choose carefully. For ring sizing, please check our Ring Sizing page

Should you require any adjustments to be made to a piece once you have received it (ie ring resizing) there will be a charge, to be quoted by Lizunova Fine Jewels. You will be responsible for insured postage back to Lizunova Fine Jewels.

When returning a piece, you must provide your name, phone number and address. 

If you request a refund, the purchase price (minus shipping cost) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the item in the original condition.

We pride ourselves on quality and check every piece of jewellery before it’s shipped out, however, if your piece arrives with a fault, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt of your delivery. Faulty goods will be assessed and we will be in contact with you to suggest the best solution. 

If your product is lost or damaged in transit back to us, Lizunova Fine Jewels will not be held liable. Please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by Lizunova Fine Jewels. You may need to use your receipt to investigate if we fail to receive your package.

We recommend that you pack your item so that it is securely protected while in transit and that it is sent via registered and insured mail or courier (for the full amount), with signature on delivery and tracking. You are responsible for the return shipping and any additional postage charges.

Please let us know via email that you’re returning an item and provide us with a tracking number, so that we can look out for your parcel.

If the product you have chosen to purchase is greater in value than the item you exchanged, we will charge the difference to you. If the exchanged item is lower in value, you will receive a store credit or a refund for the difference. 

We value your custom and are committed to providing you with the best customer experience every time. 

Returns: In-store purchases

We do not offer refunds for in-store purchases, so we ask that you choose carefully. Pieces purchased in-store can be exchanged for another item or a credit note within 21 days of original purchase, provided jewellery is returned to us with the original receipt, unworn, in perfect condition and in the original Lizunova packaging.

If a piece is custom made or altered for you, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges, so we ask that you choose carefully.

Payment

We use a secure payment gateway and accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order and payment are  received by Lizunova Fine Jewels. Parcels are only dispatched on business days.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

All prices featured on lizunova.com are in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice.

International purchases may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. To determine exactly what these charges may be, it may be necessary to call your local customs office to gain further details.

While every effort will be made to ensure the colour, design, and style of the products displayed on our website are representative of the original products, slight variations may occur for technical and other reasons. Accordingly, Lizunova Fine Jewels shall not be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphical representations of the products displayed on the Lizunova Fine Jewels website. If you have any questions about the products, please don’t hesitate to email us.

Lizunova Fine Jewels has the right to cancel any order placed by a customer with whom it has had a dispute concerning a prior order, or if Lizunova Fine Jewels has reasonable ground to suspect that such customer has violated these terms and conditions, or is engaged in fraudulent activities.
