Highly recommend talking to the team at Lizunova. Im accross the ditch in NZ and was nervous about using a jewellery company so far away. I emailed Lizunova and got a reply straight away. I was after a bespoke ring with a salt & pepper princess cut diamond and Maria replied helping me out the whole way. Her response was super fast, and she sent me clear pictures and videos of all the stones to choose from so I could pick the perfect one. She was very clear and asked alot of questions making sure I knew everything. Im super happy with the end result! Thanks so much!!

Discovered Lizunova Fine Jewels after my partner had fallen in love with green sapphire gemstones for an engagement ring, and wanted to be able to inspect a selection of stones in person before commiting to a purchase. Maria's office in the heart of Sydney was easy to get to, and she gave us very warm, friendly and no pressure assistance in selecting our gemstone and diamonds and building a design. Love the ring that has come about as a result of our visit.

I'm based in Melbourne, and went through the custom design process entirely "online only". I was enamored by a particular sapphire on the site and had a specific vision for what I wanted the ring to look like, in my head. Maria went to great lengths over Zoom, email, and SMS to guide me through the process, with many supplementary photos and videos. The sketches, 3D renders, and design iteration/advice based on my amateur feedback resulted in a 10/10 execution of exactly what was in my brain. It frankly exceeded my unreasonably high expectations. Maria is an artist. We are so happy with the result. Highly recommend.

I found Lizunova Jewels while looking online for an engagement ring with a parti sapphire. I worked with Maria remotely from across the world to design my engagement ring. She was super responsive and sent me plenty of sketches and models throughout the process with different options for my ring. She even found more stones to give me more options based on what i eas looking for. I was not able to see the stone in person before receiving my ring but she was able to send me videos and pictures from different angles and different lighting so I could see as much of the stone as possible. The ring is truly incredible. The stone is stunning and was even more beautiful in person. I highly recommend Lizunova Fine Jewels and I would for sure go through the process again with Maria.
